Harper and Cain have been established since 1982. We are based in Essex and have many years experience in all types of domestic and commercial works.

We decorate for private and public sector clients throughtout Essex, London and Kent and are committed to delivering first class workmanship. The majority of our business comes from our regular clients, many of whom we have known for over twenty years, or referrals / recommendations and we pride ourselves on consistently delivering a friendly but professional decorating service.

We provide a full range of interior and exterior painting and decorating which include the following:
